What is the cancellation policy for charter reservations?

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, please note our cancellation policy for dinghy and rib charters:

  1. Booking Changes:
    • Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least one month before the scheduled exchange date.
    • Changes requested within one month of the exchange date may not be accommodated.
  2. Payment and Refunds:
    • Once payment has been made, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
    • We recommend our customers to be certain of their plans before finalizing the payment.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we may consider changes on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    • Failure to arrive at the scheduled exchange time without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the charter without refund.


The procedure for returning the chartered boat is as follows: You are responsible for cleaning the rib and ensuring it is filled full with gasoline before returning it. Once you have completed these tasks, please bring the keys to our office. Our staff will inspect the boat to ensure it meets our return conditions before finalizing the return process.
