We are organizing high level sailing clinics around the world and at our training base in Lanzarote. These clinics usually include physical training, mental training, theory, water training & regatta coaching. Besides organizing clinics we also organize long term program coaching for teams and invididuals.

ABOUT PIM STUMPEL
OWNER/FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Pim has been involved with the Dutch National Optimist team since 2007. Since then he is one of the most achieving coaches around, winning several medals at IODA Optimist European- and WorldChampionships as well as Laser European- and WorldChampionships. He enjoys helping sailors set and achieve goals and guide them on their athletic journey, consult and advice on sailing programmes and manage the DinghyCoach winter base in Lanzarote.
ABOUT GONZALO “BOCHA” POLLITZER
& SAILING CENTER DIRECTOR LANZAROTE MARINA RUBICON
Bocha is co-founder of Optisailors, and is now joining the Dinghycoach team to help provide the best coaching for young sailors. He has been a sailor in Optimist, Cadet, Lightning, 470, 29er & 49er classes. In all of them competing at international level and achieving good performance. Has also been part of J80 & Melges 32 campaigns, including participation in World Championship. He is the Sailing Director of the training base in Lanzarote. Bocha has been coaching since 1999, for many teams, in different nations. He has a lot of experience on a wide variety of classes.
ABOUT DIEGO BLATT
Diego is a positive spirited sailing coach and manager and has a BA in organization and communication. Diego has the perfect balance between sailing knowledge and organizing skills which makes him the perfect person to be in charge of all communications regarding Dinghycoach Lanzarote & Sailing Events Management S.L. Diego also coached Bocha in his optimist days in Argentina and they are stoked to keep working together ever since!
ABOUT FLORIS VAN DE WERKEN
Floris is one of most committed youth coaches. He is currently the Head coach for the National NED Laser4.7 Team and has been very successful. He was also part of the Dutch Sailing Federation 49er Talent team. Next to sailing he also coaches with DinghyCoach during several Optimist, Laser, 29er, 49er or Waszp clinics in the Netherlands or internationally. He enjoys guiding athletes to a higher level and his own experience as an athlete helps him to guide younger sailors on a mental and physical level.
ABOUT DEMI VAN DER MEER
Demi has been a successful Optimist and 420 sailor and a member of the Dutch National teams for years. As an optimist sailor he has competed in several World and European championships with Pim as his coach. He also is a very experienced team racing coming 5th at the 2011 Optimist Teamracing World Championships in New Zealand and also finishing 5th at the 2012 Optimist Teamracing European Championships in Italy. Now he is focussing his efforts on coaching and has found a passion for making young sailors better. As a sailor Demi was coached by Pim and now they work together again as colleagues, because they are used to working together their coaching styles are very similar as well! With 19 years old, he is the youngest and one of the most talented coaches in DinghyCoach and also in the Dutch National Optimist coaching team. His experience as a high level Optimist sailor going to several Worlds and European Championships makes him succesful in his hands-on coaching approach.
ABOUT KEVIN CABRERA CONZALEZ
Kevin has sailed Lasers at a very high level himself, getting a Silver and Bronze medal at both Laser4.7 and Laser Radial World Championships. Since then Kevin has been coaching during Dinghycoach Clinics, National team trainings for NED and ESP Laser teams and Dinghycoach Clinics in Lanzarote. As a sailor he is part of the Spanish Impuls Youth America’s Cup team sailing GC32 Foiling and AC45 Foiling Catamarans.
ABOUT ROBIN BECKER
Robin has sailed all his life and as a youngster he was part of the NED National Optimist Team. After the Optimist he starting a successful 29er campaign with best result a 5th place at 29er Worlds in Medemblik. Following the 29er he became part of the NED National 49er squad. Currently Robin has started a 470 campaign “Orangewater Sailingteam” together with is helm Cas van Dongen. Robin is a young responsible sailing professional who loves being out on the water and help other sailors improve their skills and level.
