Pim Stumpel

Pim founded Dinghycoach in 2011 as a coaching and sailing services company. 
As a coach Pim has been involved with several Federations as a youth and Olympic team coach throughout single-handed classes, with his sailors winning multiple medals in both youth and Olympic disciplines. 
Pim is currently working as the ILCA7 SUI Elite team coach, the ILCA7 NED U21 team coach and as a director for our Sailing Center in Lanzarote

Bocha Pollitzer

Bocha is co-founder of Optisailors, and merged with Dinghycoach in 2013. Being an accomplished sailor himself in youth & Olympic disciplines he focussed on coaching both single and double handed disciplines. His sailors won multiple World Titles in Optimist & 29er and he was the 49erFX coach for the ARG Olympic team at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games. 
Bocha is currently working freelance and as a director for our Sailing Center in Lanzarote. 

Kevin Cabrera Gonzalez

Born and raised in Lanzarote, Kevin has a wealth of local knowledge in the Canaries. Being a medal winning sailor himself, Kevin now focusses on coaching and fulltime sailing projects. 
He is currently a head coach at our Dinghycoach clinics as well as part of the FIN1Racing team in 69F and LTF Foiling Catamaran class and the current 2023 European Champion in 69F.

Felicitas Roldán

Originally from San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Feli sailed in Optimist, Cadet and 420. After getting her Masters Degree in Sports Management, she came to work with us in our Lanzarote Sailing Center. She has experience running sailing events and as a team manager for different sailing projects. 

William Zielinski

Hailing from Rotterdam, Netherlands, William sails at a high level in the ILCA 7. As our sport marketeer he's the creative force behind our social media marketing and designs. William is also available for coaching this winter.

Teun In Der Maur

Born in Utrecht, Netherlands, Teun is an accomplished sailor with Dutch championships titles in Optimist and ILCA 4. He also boasts international experience, having competed at Optimist Worlds and the ILCA 6 Europeans. Teun's coaching journey includes roles with DinghyCoach and the NED national team program in ILCA 4, 6, and 7. Now, he is one of our full-time coaches at DinghyCoach, bringing his wealth of experience to our team and aspiring sailors.
